Goodweds grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the app strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and Goodweds, the provider of the Goodweds website/App and the services accessible from it. If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access without notice.

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, or commercially exploit the app.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the app.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark) of Goodweds or its affiliates.

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions provided by you to Goodweds shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Goodweds.

Goodweds shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or compensation to you.

We've updated our Terms & Conditions to provide you with complete transparency into what is being set when you visit our site and how it's being used. By using our app, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Goodweds. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such websites. When you use a link to go from the Services to another website, our Terms & Conditions are no longer in effect.

Goodweds may stop providing the Service to you or to users generally at its sole discretion, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time without notifying Goodweds.

If we decide to change our Terms & Conditions, we will post those changes on this page and update the modification date.

Goodweds reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the app or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Goodweds may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements including patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications. You agree that all Updates will be deemed to constitute an integral part of the app and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

We may display, include or make available third-party content or provide links to third-party websites or services.

Goodweds shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, or legality. Third-Party Services are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access them entirely at your own risk.

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Goodweds. Goodweds may, at any time and for any reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the app and delete all copies from your devices.

If you believe any material on our app infringes your copyright, please contact us with: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

You agree to indemnify and hold Goodweds and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your: (a) use of the app; (b) violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party.

The app is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. Goodweds expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the app, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Goodweds is not responsible for any financial transactions made between users who meet through the platform.

Users are advised to exercise caution and discretion when engaging in financial transactions with other users.

The entire liability of Goodweds under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the app.

Goodweds is not liable for any personal or financial damages that may arise from interactions or relationships formed through the platform.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Goodweds harmless from any claims or damages resulting from their use of the platform.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any right or power under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right or power.

Goodweds reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our app after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

The app and its entire contents, features and functionality are owned by Goodweds, its licensors or other providers and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way without the express prior written permission of Goodweds.

Any dispute, action, or other controversy between you and Goodweds concerning the Services or this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Either party may seek any interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction as necessary.

In the event of a dispute, you or Goodweds must give the other a written Notice of Dispute. You and Goodweds will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days. 1. Payment

The app allows users to purchase request credits/premium memberships. All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. The app does not store any payment information. Prices may vary and are subject to change.

2. No refunds

All sales are final. Once purchased, credits/memberships cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded, regardless of the reason.

3. Non-transferable

Request credits/memberships purchased by a user are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchasing user.

4. Errors

If there is an error with a purchase, such as failure to receive credits, contact customer support within 24 hours. We will investigate and resolve as quickly as possible.

5. Dispute resolution

Payment disputes should be submitted to our customer support team. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to appropriate authorities.

If a user deletes their Goodweds account and chooses to re-register within six (6) months, they will not be eligible for any free benefits, trial offers, or introductory credits offered to new users. This policy prevents misuse of promotional benefits and ensures fair access for all members.

Goodweds is not responsible for any disputes, fraud cases, or false commitments of marriage that occur between users of the platform.

Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activity or breaches of trust.

Goodweds may from time to time include contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities that require you to submit material or information. All Promotions may be governed by separate rules containing eligibility requirements such as age and geographic restrictions. You are responsible for reading all Promotion rules to determine eligibility.

Goodweds is not responsible for any content, code or any other imprecision. Goodweds does not provide warranties or guarantees.

The Goodweds Service and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representations of any kind. Goodweds is a distributor and not a publisher of third-party content and exercises no editorial control over such content.

These Terms & Conditions contain the entire understanding between you and Goodweds and supersede all prior understandings. The section headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and will not be given any legal import.
