How does it all work?

You complete our short profile questionnaire so we can get to know you and what you're looking for in a partner. Then the old matchmaker goes to work. Our AI based algorithm will pair you with carefully vetted potential matches every day. If you're both interested, you can start to get to know each other

Do I need to buy any subscription on Yellowmatrimony?

NO. There are no subscriptions model in Yellowmatrimony.You just need to buy requests with a nominal amount which comes with a lifetime validity as well. So, no monthly or yearly payment committment 😀

How many matches do I get in a day?

There NO limit on the number of matches you get in a day. Our AI based algorithms try to provide as many matches possible in a day ;)

Do I need to pay to chat with my matches?

On Yellowmatrimony, once someone accepts your request, you will never have to pay to chat with your matches. It's absolutely free. Forever. We mean it.

Managing your account

How to update the email address associated with your account?

To update your current email address, you can go to Settings > Account Settings > Email and then choose a new Email address for your account.

How to change registered phone number?

To update your current registered phone number, you can go to Settings > Account Settings > Phone and set a new phone number for your account.

How to get your account verified?

Click on your profile picture on top right corner from the Yellowmatrimony App, then you can get your Govt. Id verified using an easy 2 step process.

Queries

How many connection requests can I send ?

As of now, there is no limit on the number of connection requests you can send or accept. However, if your connection requests get reported frequently

I don't see any option to send a connection request

If your connection request was reported , then you won't be able to send connection request to that account agan. However, the other account can send you a request.
